50ft Converted Fishing Trawler. Larch on Oak. Built 1965 in Arklow - former name Naomi Brendan. Powered by 6 cylinder Gardner 114hp engine and with hydraulic steering.This lovely example of a cruising live aboard is about 3/4 complete. Extra large, spacious and airy wheelhouse with toughened glass windows and doors house the galley which consists of full size sink and drainer, full size cooker, microwave, 12volt fridge and ample work surfaces and cupboards - forward of that is the seating area consisting of "L" shaped settee which converts to make a double bed - then forward is the wheel and instrumentation which include GPS, VHF, Fish Finder, Sonar amongst others and also includes a built in "hideaway" sewing machine.. This Wheelhouse is extremely well insulated - floors alone inch plywood, 4 inch rockwell insulation and then another inch of ply then the boards laid on top, sides well insulated with rockwell too. Down stairs to bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, drawers leading to dressing room, You have shower and sea toilet. Also down stairs is a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a 8 kva generator and also a 3500 watt Phoenic invertor. Black tank holds 168 gallons, diesel tank holds 400 gallons and fresh water 250 gallons.Navigation Lights, Hand rails (there but to be put on), Dinghy with outboard. There is a years licence on her and moorings are paid until September. Safety Certificate 2010.The only reason this boat is being sold is purely health reasons.
